Please read these terms carefully before joining 877bat. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us, and clearly sets out all the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing your use of the platform. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 877bat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the entity operating 877bat. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms apply to all services, products, promotions, and activities offered by 877bat. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms. These terms apply exclusively to competent adults residing in Bangladesh.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- This platform is available to residents of Bangladesh only.
- Each individual may open one account only.
- Using the platform constitutes acceptance of all terms of this agreement.
Account Registration, Security & Account Policy
To register on 877bat, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account registered with false or misleading details. Each user may hold only one account — if the same person is found operating multiple accounts, both will be terminated and the balance may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 877bat will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Account Suspension
An account may be temporarily suspended if there is a breach of terms, suspicion of fraud, or an incomplete verification process. Deposits, withdrawals, and betting will be unavailable during the suspension period. The account will be reactivated once the issue is resolved.
Account Closure
Accounts will be permanently closed in cases of serious terms violations, operation of multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity. Users may also request account closure themselves. Any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal before the account is closed.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Every user of the 877bat platform must use it responsibly. You must ensure that online betting is lawful in your area and that you are wagering with your own funds. Intentionally exploiting any platform bug or technical error to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited — if detected, the account will be closed and related transactions voided. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or place bets is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to access another user's account or compromise the platform's security systems may result in legal action. In the event of any dispute over betting outcomes, 877bat's decision shall be final.

- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claims
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
- Exploiting platform technical errors or bugs
- Harassing or defrauding other users
Payments, Transactions & Financial Information
All financial transactions on 877bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support popular mobile banking services and local payment methods available in Bangladesh for both deposits and withdrawals. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though minor delays may occur with certain methods. Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated timeframe once verification is complete — typically within 1–3 business days. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be made. No interest or profit is paid on account balances, and a maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
877bat strives to maintain uninterrupted service across its platform. However, 877bat's liability is limited for any loss or inconvenience arising from technical errors, maintenance downtime, or third-party issues. The platform bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from betting — all betting activity is conducted entirely at the user's own discretion and risk. All content, logos, graphics, software, databases, and designs displayed on the platform are the intellectual property of 877bat and are protected under the applicable intellectual property laws of Bangladesh. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior permission. 877bat is not responsible for the content or conduct of any third-party links or references that may appear on the platform. 877bat is also not liable for any issues caused by a user's personal device or internet connection.
Changes to Terms, Third Parties & Governing Law
877bat reserves the right to amend these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before changes take effect, and registered users may also be informed by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. Any third-party services or links on the platform are used entirely at the user's own risk and are governed by the respective third party's own terms. 877bat accepts no responsibility for the content, reliability, or security of third-party websites or services. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Bangladesh. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Notice of Changes
A notice will be published on the platform whenever significant changes are made to the terms. Users are advised to review this page regularly. The date of the last update will always be shown at the bottom of the page.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be settled before the competent jurisdiction of Bangladesh. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through negotiation.
